Jayda Brownlow

In my role, I pick and prepare customer grocery orders while keeping everything clearly organized and separated by order. I’m responsible for making sure each order is accurate before it’s handed off, whether it’s for curbside pickup or a third-party delivery driver. Staying organized in the backroom is a big part of my job, especially when we’re handling multiple orders at once.

I’m constantly communicating with customers about substitutions or updates, and I work closely with my team to make sure every task is completed correctly and on time. Everyone has specific responsibilities, so we rely on each other to keep the workflow smooth and efficient. This role has strengthened my attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
