Jaydin Hernandez

I'm 19 years old and currently working toward my Associate's Degree. My heart has always been in working with children, and my dream is to become an elementary school teacher. Over time, I've had the chance to build skills in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking-both through school and hands-on experiences.

I've worked as a Teacher's Assistant in a 3rd grade classroom, which really confirmed my passion for teaching. I loved getting to help the kids learn and grow every day. I've also spent a lot of time babysitting for family and friends, where l've been trusted to care for children of different ages. I always try to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment, and I've been told I'm kind, patient, and thoughtful with the kids I look after.

Outside of childcare, I currently work at In-N-Out, where I've learned how to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced setting, while also giving great customer service. I've also volunteered at my local church in the children's ministry and hospitality team. Whether it's helping with food service or spending time with kids, I enjoy being part of a team and helping others.

I'm always looking to grow, take on new responsibilities, and do my best to make a positive impact-especially when it comes to working with children.
