Accomplishments
- Collaborated with team of 22 in the development of manufacturing a robot that can preform successfully in and out of autonomous mode.
Hobbies
Since my freshman year at Choctawhatchee, I have been the robotics team safety captain, and starting my junior year I am now the captain of our school's drone team, as well as a co-captain of the robotics team.
One of my responsibilities as drone team captain is coordinating the launch of a new competition we are hoping will go far called "Drone team Challenge". We work with the HSU foundation to kick off this project, as well as to mentor many of the younger elementary schools students in hopes to get the STEM field increased in popularity.
I also manage all of he responsibilities of the robotics team, whether that be with the financial aspects, keeping all of our information organized, or setting deadlines for necessary tasks we need completed in order to compete and function efficiently.
I am also a student athlete at my high school, as I have been the starting goalkeeper on varsity since my freshman year.
