I have been an active member of the Salesforce community for the past decade, and it has become my second home. My proficiency in solution engineering stems from my hands-on technical expertise and my unwavering passion for engaging with technical-minded individuals.
One of my standout strengths lies in my ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with individuals hailing from diverse backgrounds. Whether I'm working with C-level executives or dedicated tech enthusiasts, my commitment to building strong connections remains constant throughout every project, from its initial stages to its triumphant completion.
In recent years, my focus has primarily centered around Flow For Industry (Omnistudio), Vlocity Insurance, and Apex-LWC codebases in extensive Salesforce implementations. I've also gained substantial experience with MuleSoft, Tableau, C#, Salesforce Functions, Deployment, UTAM, Metadata API, and Tooling APIs.
My career has primarily revolved around Financial Services (including Retail, Market Data, B2B Trade, Derivatives, Customer Service, and Mortgage), with smaller roles in Healthcare (Payer and Clinical Trials)
My passion for enhancing software developer productivity is evident through my active involvement in the Salesforce community. Alongside co-organizing the Salesforce and MuleSoft user groups in Michigan, I've had the privilege of speaking at numerous Dreamforce, TDX, and MuleSoft Connect conferences, as well as several local developer groups.
I am also the creator of ApexSharp, a collection of Salesforce-approved open-source projects designed to facilitate Microsoft .NET developers' interaction with Salesforce.
A lifelong learner, I dedicate approximately 20 hours per week to continuous study, with the ambitious goal of achieving my Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification by year end.
Recognized by Salesforce as a Salesforce Trailblazer, an honor bestowed on only 1 in 200 individuals , and during my tenure at Flagstar Bank, I achieved the top ranking for the ability to "woo" in a company-wide Clifton Strengths test
With both US and Canadian passports, I am ideally suited for cross-border collaborations and projects.
Designed a comprehensive Salesforce curriculum encompassing Administration, Development, and Omnistudio, and developed training materials for an extensive six-month Salesforce course tailored specifically for BCBSM.
