A detail-oriented team player with exceptional organizational skills, I bring 10 years of experience in both in-person and online community outreach. With board governance and volunteer experience at University of Central Florida, United Against Poverty, and YMCA, I've diligently supported operations and mission goals, driven by a deep-rooted passion for making measurable impacts. As a resident of Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation, I gained formal leadership development through the Community Leadership Institute (2019, 2022) and the City of Orlando. As a honed resident leader, my relationship-building skills and collaborative approach have successfully engaged over 225 residents, volunteers, and stakeholders at community-wide events between 2022 and 2024. Additionally, I possess experience in fundraising coordination, including proposal writing with successful outcomes.
