All the above customer-related services activity helped preserve a market of several millions of Dollars.

• Contributed to support the work done by the SNIA and promoted the adoption of the Emerald Program as the metric base for the Energy Star data center storage certification.
• Contributed to the architecture teams for all IBM storage products targeted by the Energy Star Program. Implemented modifications to make them Energy Star certified. The adjustments saved millions of dollars in power savings to IBM customers and helped increase the profitability of IBM products.
