• Completed a wood framed 283 unit multi-family project with a 6-story precast parking garage near downtown San Antonio. The project value was 54 million and took 28 months to complete.

• Superintendent at SAISD Headstart Playground Enhancements projects that consisted of completing three playgrounds at three different schools with the same time allowance and due date.
• Assistant Superintendent in the construction of a PEMB at a government facility in San Antonio. Assisted on day to day activities as needed.
• Assistant Superintendent at a newly built 1.2 million daycare in Helotes. My duties consisted of completing daily reports, coordinating with subcontractors and keeping in contact with owner and architect.
• Assistant Superintendent of a building renovation in Kerrville for Alamo Collages District.
