JD Kincaide

My name is JD Kincaide, I am from Delta Colorado. I was born and raised here. I was born on a farm where my parents taught me how to work hard and always respect others while doing it. I recently graduated from Delta Highschool, where I played basketball, soccer, track, and baseball. I worked hard in school and at my highschool job at Daveto's, a local restaurant. I have worked there for almost 5 years. In the past couple months I have been studying real estate online. I recently passed my exam early November of 2025. I like to say that I am a very hard worker, social, confident, and always willing to learn, although sometimes I tend to want to do things my way.
