Making sure supplies were rotated so supplies were getting used accordingly to avoid supplies from being expired before usage

Also making use we always had the proper equipment and supplies and enough of supplies in order to provide proper patient care.

Order all special tubes or rarely used supplies for our lab, hospital lab and many other labs in the Mayo system in our area.

Answer the phone calls from in the clinic and dealt with all questions/ issues from patients, doctors, co workers, nurses, other staff and outside facilities.

Transcribe lab orders requests from outside facilities

Faxed lab results to doctors that order labs back to them once the were resulted to their outside facility

Set up kits, lab orders, appointments, process and label according to directions and then shipped Fed Ex
