• Working with various groups on RCAs when failures occur.
• Leading teams of internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors for successful project execution.
• Commercial and business development activities, including performance review meetings and client development events.
• Writing and reviewing Scope of Work (SOW) for quoting accuracy and project execution timeline.
• Responsible for Quote to Cash of projects SOW including Mechanical/chemical cleaning, filtration and liquid separation, wireline pull thru, survey/tracking of cleaning & ILI tools.
• Providing updates daily/weekly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk review and mitigation of projects.
• Accountable for projects margin and profitability, managing direct and indirect cost.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and ServiceNow client management software.
• Assist with training of new Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Working with different teams to document and developed training documents and process development.
