  • Took personal time away from professional career to build an energy efficient Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) home from blueprint to currently near completion
  • Designed all electrical, plumbing and an air to water HVAC and DHW (domestic hot water) combined system
  • Managed all aspects of the construction from land clearing, blueprints, building the foundation to passing building inspections.
  • Most of the construction was self built using only a select few subcontractors for big steps like roofing and framing.

  • Lead design and development of Business to consumer (B2B) software as-a-service (SaaS) subscription mobile platform for local small to medium businesses to post deals and rewards on a universal app
  • GEO fenced application made it easy for consumers to track all their rewards and find local deals in one app
  • RedSwipe's app was hosted on custom server, later moved to Azure and finally to AWS for better costs savings.
  • RedSwipe's backend server used MS .net and user apps were designed using IOS and Android Xamarin with agile development techniques
