- DWO1 LAUNCH-2021/ Lead Engagement Manager OUTER SPACE DRAWING Project /3 weeks in advance of moving, as Amazon Bezoz was launching a rocket ship. Budgeted and Purchased Vendors for Food, Prizes for activities all week long. (DCN1 maintained above a 97% retention rate.) AAs had to perform a dance move, a photo for me and safety tip to get some candy on a daily basis-I posted team pics weekly to keep the team growing in inclusion and positive vibes- We then transported the ART and decorated the opening doors of our new home, DWO1. I did this for all shifts.
-performed site walks before opening to assist in what locations were best for stowing and picking bags for the OTR and UTR
- Worked along side KAISEN TEAM 12/03/2024 12/12/2024 -assisted in implementing Standard Work Modifications to rid bays of empty boxes from case pack stow and placed visual and verbal communications on all Uboat to assist AAs in building more efficient Uboats. to increase both safety and rate (I am currently perusing getting these communications in different languages of the AAs that we have. Our top pick skippers negative receivers week after week have language barriers)
- Project Guadi Launch /10/01/2021 02/02/2022/-used Xcel program decanting tool to improve unit sortation on Uboats, moving high velocity inventory to closer bins in the pick paths for the best efficiency possible for the customer/ was part of the EOS movie clip featuring my Best British Accent for the London Crew's VIDEO recap of the project.
