• Addressed customer inquiries via email, telephone calls or in person, providing prompt response or follow-up, greeting incoming visitors, and answering telephone calls to provide speedy and knowledge assistance, manages email correspondence on outlook, member biographic maintenance, record keeping, filing, clerical work, maintain and order supplies and mail sorting.

• Clinical and administrative task depending on office assignment, recoding vial sign, verifying medical history, updating medication list, administrating meds and injections as directed by physician, sterilizing instruments, specimen handling, inventory, ear lavage, wound care, try setups, prepping treatment rooms, keeping rooms stocked and clean, all following and documenting on EMR system.
