A service provided by the Depository Trust Company (DTC) which allows DTC participants (brokers and custodial banks) to request the transfer of securities using the FAST system between a transfer agent and a broker (reduced DTC costs by over $25,000 in the first year).
  • Physical Securities Break Reconciliations and "Held Away" Box Locations. Monitored the physical securities positions held onsite in the Baltimore vault as well as at DTC/
  • Merged the European and U.S. Interest Compensation Departments and personally directed the deployment to Mumbai, India. This move resulted in the reduction of headcount for both departments and cost by 50%.
