Airport Operations and Customer Service: Working as a Customer Service Executive which is a dual role job as security staff as well as commercial staff with Indigo Airline, a domestic passenger carrier, headed by Interglobe Aviation Ltd., handling direct customer service, dealing with passengers travelling with various queries, supervising and giving on-job training for new joiners. Have been handling various allocations on the job which include reservations, check-in counters, security hold area, baggage make up & break up area, as well as RAMP operations. Have been trained for marshalling by Indigo and I am certified to handle marshalling of the aircraft to its designated parking stand.
