  • Manage a team of 14 Roster Planners that are responsible for roster preparation and publishing (5000+ Staff) according to HR guidelines, in addition to all responsibilities from previous role.
  • Monitor & Coordinate with Line Managers with regard to any changes in operational demand.
  • Handling workflow review & approval of all Planned Overtime for all QAS departments.
  • Leave Planning & assignment for all staff on yearly basis using internal Leave Planning application.
  • Coordinate with external contracting companies for required manpower based on operational demand & contract criteria.
  • Supporting internal units (Covid Command Centre, HR etc.) with additional projects and responsibilities to ensure business continuity.
  • Responsible for updating regularly the SOPs related to each process (long term planning, short term planning, and real time task allocation).
