  • Thorough and accurate investigation into automobile incidents, collection of evidence, making fair and just liability decisions, and settling claims in a timely manner while ensuring the highest quality of customer service for all parties involved.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Completing vehicle and property appraisals, including Total loss evaluations.
  • Resolving financial responsibilities involving injuries resulting from an incident, while protecting our insured from potential financial exposure.
  • Specialized and master additional areas of claim handling including, but not limited to, Diminishment of Value evaluations and settlement, Fire/Theft/Vandalism claim’s investigation, evaluation and settlement, -Total Loss claim handling, negotiations and settlements.
  • Providing Training sessions for new, as well as cross-training employees in multiple areas of claims handling and coaching in on-going day-to-day operations.
  • Received, manage and settle approximately 1,200 claims per year, on the average.
