• Responsible for the development and execution of capital projects across all plant locations.
• Served as the PMO leader for the Clinton Plant Closure and MR category leader for capital planning. Enabled $15MM operational savings delivering key capital projects on budget and schedule.
• Led a team to standardize engineering project management practices creating integrated standard operating procedures.

• For 4 years, I held a corporate leadership role in which our team managed a project portfolio of $90 - 110M in capital spend annually. In this position, plant engineering project leaders reported directly to me from various company plant locations.

I held 7 leadership positions across 5 states (TX, CO, MO, NJ, FL) with increasing responsibility over a 15-year tenure, culminating in the role of Sr. Resident Engineer & Technical Services Director, reporting to the General Manager. Responsibilities included, production management, maintenance & reliability, engineering & MAJOR capital project modernizations in all breweries that I held leader positions.
