  • Grew and maintained a staff of 3 fulltime and one part-time staff person with an average budget of $510,000
  • Reported to an Executive Committee of 17 people (10 private and 7 public)
  • Launched an entrepreneurship program in 2006 to promote a 'grow your own business' culture in high school students
  • The program was spun-off as an independent entity
  • Created one of the most successful county business retention/expansion programs in Indiana
  • Marketed a county of 5.5 million square feet of spec office space and 3.2 million square feet of spec manufacturing/distribution space to national site selectors and companies throughout U.S
