- Worked on the Oxy Redstone Project in Laporte Tx. for TSS from the start of fabrication of materials to moving in setting up equipment and building eleven of the new tanks for the Brine unit expansion.
- Coordinating and supervising the field work on the project which involved scheduling and executing the set up and erection of the tanks along side of multiple other crafts and companies all working together to make the project come together safely.

- Worked as rigger/erector on the Wando River project for highway expansion.
- Became one of the youngest to move in to a lead position heading up a crew lifting 75ton concrete bridge sections in place with a 4100 manitowoc crane on a barge.
- Ensured set up of the barge and crane for each lift, personally inspected all rigging every lift and guided each lift communicating with crane operator and others 150ft above the water.
- This project was a boost for me to learn how to lead and work with others to make great accomplishments in a safe and timely manner.
