More than 15 years of progressive clinical experience across multiple health care institutions including academic medical centers, community hospitals, cancer centers, ambulatory surgery centers, endoscopy suites and a Level I trauma center. Experienced collaborating with physicians, surgeons, executive leadership, Advanced Practice Clinicians, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize clinical operations, improve patient outcomes, and advance high-quality, patient-centered care.

Demonstrated leadership in workforce development through mentoring newly hired CRNAs, precepting Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists, promotion of evidence-based practice by delivering continuing education presentations, and participating in departmental leadership initiatives. Contributed to quality improvement through development of a new GI sedation protocol, participation on the APC interview panel for the Department Chair of Anesthesia. • An award given out for catching a patients ancef dose mixed within a diltiazem infusion by pharmacy. It was caught before administering and lead to working with Pharmacy to improving the processes for verifying and preparing antibiotic infusions before surgery, resulting in safer medication practices. Was awarded by the Hospital Administration.
