I am employed here as a Lowboy Operator. I operate a variety of vehicles ranging from pick-up trucks to Tractor trailers. Hauling a variety of products and heavy equipment for general construction. I also operate a variety of heavy equipment and perform general maintenance at a chemical facility. Here I serve on our Safety Committee and serve as a Union Steward. For 4 years I worked on our Asphalt crew. Coordinating and transporting of equipment, hauling of material and operating equipment on the jobs. This work was primarily for townships, counties and state roads. The last 3 years I have lead a crew of 4 laborers at a Chemical facility on our contracting crew. Where we preform general construction, maintenance and aid in environmental compliance. The company is now in an active shut down. We are now in the process in assisting in the shut down including collection and disposal of hazardous and non hazardous materials, environmental clean up and decommissioning equipment. Along with my normal duties, I have been responsible for the crew, equipment maintenance, safety, plant relations with personnel and management and all administrative duties including employees time, working budgets, billing and invoicing.
