- With the making of different products within the plant; to achieve this I use different forms of strong decision making skills that help solve problems that arise within the plant or with the different products that are being worked on.
- I have developed and implemented different quality policies and procedures which help improve the product that we currently make.
- I also review the final products to be sure they meet the quality standard that has been set by Woodard’s lifelong legacy.
- When the products do not meet the standards, I make recommendations as to how to fix the issue.
- I also help in investigating any complaints from our customers and provide solutions to the problems and help prevent these issues from happening in the future.
