Work History

I own and manage a 14 unit multifamily apartment complex in Millbrae, CA. This includes managing financials (rent rolls, income reports, invoices etc.), advertising available units on the internet, showing the units, running credit checks, and signing leases with incoming tenants.

I have used document templates from the California Apartment Association (I am a member) to send notices to tenants regarding repairs, unit inspections and any changes to lease information.

Leases are created in CAA's website platform and leases are signed through Docusign.

Worked with a mortgage broker to secure a loan on the property and have worked with various companies for the insurance needs on the property (Comprehensive, Earthquake, Flood).

Through my network I have found great people and companies to maintain and improve my property for the tenants benefits. Examples include a handyman, electrician, plumber, contractor, appliance repairman, etc.
