Serves as the District Administrator for Margengo, North Choctaw, and West Wilcox counties. Oversee all maintenance and construction activities for this geographical area. Responsible for creating and adhering to maintenance budgets, overhead, and equipment budgets

Supervised the traffic section of the area, which included 6 counties. Oversaw the traffic striping and markings on our state and federal highways. Supervised the traffic signal technicians, who performed maintenance and troubleshooting on traffic signals in the area.

Worked on various construction projects. Responsible for assuring that projects were built according to plans, specifications, and special provisions of the department. Assigned daily tasks of the employees under my supervision. Responsible for assuring that all correspondence such as contractor estimates, progress reports, letters, etc. were correct and in a clear and concise manner.

Worked as an inspector on various construction projects monitoring contractors work. Verified compliance with plans and specifications to ensure the work was done properly. Went from inspector to Assistant Project Manager.
