Oversaw all on-site activities related to the ground up construction on several Raising Cane's restaurant projects. Acted as an advisor to other superintendent in the company on interpretation and best practices in order to complete projects on time. Evaluated the performance of other superintendents on various projects. Completed all projects on time and under budget with minimal punch items on every project.

TI project for building vet clinics within operational Petco stores. Trained all new hires within the division on procedures for completing projects on-time and implemented new procedures to assist in this process. Instrumental in standardizing customers policies for all projects. Asked to switch divisions in order to assist in building Plasma centers in a different division. At the customers request, was the only authorized individual allowed to work this division. Projects always completed in less than 70% of the allotted time and all were under budget.

Supervised the various carpenter on site. Responsible for overseeing all construction projects during the salmon processing seasons for several years which included repairs new builds at both the plants as well as living quarters. Projects included new metal roofing, siding, interior remodels, mill works and windows installation, flooring, leveling buildings, etc. Responsible for scheduling all projects for subsequent seasons and acquiring material list for each.

Directed, on average, 110 tradespeople daily in their productivity of completing an extensive remodel in an occupied 375 unit senior living/ assisted living facility. Responsible for ordering all supplies required for this project. Project completed 6 months ahead of schedule and was $800k under budget.
