I have been a servicer the last year. It is my job to provide material for the machines and make sure every component is entered into the computer. Prior to that, I built tires for 17 years. It was my responsibility to setup the machine for the run. To make sure all the components were correct for the recipe. To perform and enter quality checks into the system. To make sure all scrap from building is separated as to follow ISO-9000 policies. It was also my job to do periodic checks to make sure quality is maintained. I also helped train new builders and helped fix machines. It was also my job to change over machinery to new specs.
