• Accountable for day-to-day operations of the Heifer Urban Farm in a 3.5 acre setting, which requires a strong work ethic, range of knowledge and experience, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced dynamic, such as planting, production, harvesting, sales/distribution, feeding animals and overall farm management.
• Participate and manage planting, weeding, fertilizing, irrigating and pest control in soil and soil-less growing spaces.

•Tested efficacy of multiple growing mediums in aquaponics unit.

• Contribute to educational aspects of Heifer Urban Farm by assisting with tours, workshops, classes and outreach events.
