- Worked with multiple venues including various factories, power plants, ship repair facilities, and US Navy bases performing mechanical system repairs, complete updates and overhauls.
- Primary duties include, reviewing technical manuals, assessing material condition, generating parts lists, scheduling outside support, assembling personnel, performing tear down, rigging and shipping to and from off sight repair facilities.
- Supervise and perform work laid out in the scope of work, tracking hours, submitting condition/progress reports through the chain of command.

- Perform complete overhaul of plate pack heat exchangers. Chemically clean the plates, dye penetrate check, install gaskets, sequence, assemble, and test.
- Supervise in house chemical cleaning. Set up pumps, valves, hoses, gauges, tanks and equipment necessary to perform chemical cleaning of heat exchangers. Adjust waste water generated for disposal.
- Track safety training ensuring all personnel meet or exceed sight specific training prior to job start date.
