Responsible for the receiving and handling of all product for United Dairy Farmers, in Blue Ash.

Responsible for examining product, upon arrival, through communication with drivers, temperature logs, and trailer inspections.

Responsible for recording expiration dates of each product accurately, and remaining vigilant to inspect these dates, so as not to send out product to stores that is near their expiration.

Responsible for communicating with UDF pickers, when new product has arrived on site.

Responsible to stock product away safely, through fork lift operations.

Responsible to receive product into Sage network, where all inventory is recorded and updated.

Responsible for weekly/monthly inventory counts, which are all updated through stock count sessions on Sage network.

• Responsible for unloading of all trucks, for commissary department
• Responsible for log temperatures, product expiration dates, quality, and total number of unloaded products
• Responsible to store all products in a clear fashion, for pickers to efficiently find and use for daily picking
• Responsible for tracking all expiration dates for every commissary product, to ensure that only the best quality products are shipped to our customers
• Responsible for counting commissary products on a weekly/monthly basis, through Sage website
• Supporting fellow commissary leads, with the goal of maintaining workflow for picking and truck loading
