I'm comfortable delivering 70 to 80 units a month but have delivered up 120 units in a given month. My Pvr is typically between $2500 to $3000 while having a 35 to 45% cash flow. CIT's never go past 5 days, 7days at most depending on the situation. Charge backs are typically around 6 to 10%.
