Summary Cannabis Experience My cannabis journey and hook started when I was young in the 90’s in California when I was brought into a circle that was quietly funding the grassroots ground game of Lobbying for the potential passing of Prop 96. I was deeply involved in all aspects of this successful legislation movement, fast forward t 2010-2011 and I was asked to work with a local Denver, Co Law firm & participate in Colorado’s legislative actions on medical cannabis. In 2017 I went to Nashville, Tn after doing some rather extensive due-diligence within the framework of Tennessee’s general assembly and getting to know most of the key players, I formed www.tmcta.com and in 2018 was successful in passing both committees in Tennessee’s House of Representatives, than was killed and dropped prior to advancing inside the Senate, I and my team are still active in the legislative push as of today. Lastly, I and my team wrote the bill used for Gov Kay Ivey’s “Alabama” medical cannabis bill, that was passed into law last year 2021.
