- Effectively mated animals with careful bull selection to further improve genetic results
- Identified individual animals to genomic test and used those results to enhance their genetic potential
- Oversee all aspects of the IVF program from scheduling donors, administering shots and communicating with ET veterinarians and the IVF lab
- Developed a successful embryo recipient program that allowed for higher pregnancy rates on all IVF embryos
- Initiated an aggressive marketing program through social media that led to merchandising cattle and embryos throughout the United States, EU, and Switzerland
- Utilized the Enlight program through Zoetis to improve animal data and record keeping
- Implemented the Ovsynch program which led to improved reproduction throughout the herd
- Exhibit cattle at county, district, state, and national shows to further develop the marketing abilities of Hilrose Dairy, LLC
- Routinely clipped and presented the herd for annual classification and linear breakdowns
- Recognized as a Holstein USA Herd of Excellence recipient nine different years
- Strategically plan and execute cropping over 1,000 acres of corn, soybeans, winter wheat, and alfalfa
