• I started with Manhattan as a field engineer helper with only basic construction knowledge. Through good training with highly qualified personnel I was able to move up through the ranks fairly quickly. I’ve been on multiple projects from start to finish as a field engineer. These projects are as follows; Texas Live, Live by Lowe’s hotel, Globe life field, Dallas county records building, Harwood 14 office tower, Arlington Active Adult Center. I have been dispatched to multiple other job sites in the middle of all these big projects to aide with layout and asbuilts as well.
• Proficient at using Bluebeam and Carlson survey with intellicad to put together asbuilts.
• Proficient at building auto cad drawings from the contract documents to be used for survey layout purposes
• Proficient with traditional total stations, robotic total stations, and gps rover.
• Primary mission is to establish offsite control to provide to our trade partners, provide line and grade for concrete form work as well as steel structures.
• Work begins with mass grading for utility work and ends with fine grading for landscape, hardscape, site work, and punch list.
• Responsible for stacking control up the building while trying to maintain tolerance of 1/16” along with chaining benchmarks up the building.
• Responsible for accurate placement of all embeds, sleeves, post tensioned cables, block outs/leave outs, rebar, etc.
• Aide in positioning, and plumbing tower cranes, aide in placement of temporary elevators, trash chutes etc.
• Involved with every trade throughout the entirety of the project.

• Checked equipment to determine if maintenance was required.
• Inspected completed work to verify quality standards and compliance with criteria.

I worked as a Ceiling Installation Foreman specializing in complex specialty ceiling system installs in many different buildings all across the dfw metroplex.
