• January, 2013 my LLC was filed for and my business, JD&Co., LLC. was created.
• Procured a labor contract with 8 different Lowes locations to install residential fencing.
• Established a reputation for delivering high-quality work consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Built my business outside of Lowe’s by networking within our community and have maintained a flawless reputation with my private customers.

• Directly out of High School graduation I began working within construction trades while attending college.

• Roofing, home remodel, bathroom remodels, plumbing, hot water heater replacements, well pumps, electrical, fencing, framing are just a few trades that I have been long trained in, in addition to all other experience.

Managing large scale home remodels for a growing local business, POM Contracting. Traveled to many job sites, over seeing many different trades and keeping everyone on schedule so projects can reach completion quickly. Would regularly step in and take over a delivery, trouble shoot with different trades and give a helping hand when needed. Decades worth of GC experience proved incredibly valuable on site.

• Commercial electrical work for Walgreens and ShopRite.

• Ran power to newly modeled showcases and aisles, installed censors for commercial freezers and installed outlets.

• Became a commercial electrical apprentice while being put through ABC trade school to earn a journeyman license (completed 3.5 years of schooling, 6 months away from journeyman license).
• Responsible for removing any and all old electrical systems within large school districts, followed by running temporary electrical for all other trades.
• Re-installed all new conduit, fixtures and ran all new electrical systems.

• Worked with Frank Scaltrito consistently up until I started my own business in 2013.
• I learned much of my residential electrical knowledge and home remodeling during this time.
• Learned how to run a successful business, honesty, how to work with customers and learned many valuable trade skills.
