I have been an Asphalt plant operator for 23 years. In my 23 years i have produced millions of tons of asphalt. I have learned a lot about asphalt plants from my piers and from the experience of fixing them when they break, which is always at the wrong time! We keep daily report records with excel along with environmental records. With Reeves Construction i had the opportunity to get experience with multiple Asphalt plant manufactures and their operating systems along with a large team of support through the Colas Group.

While i still enjoy producing asphalt, i would really enjoy the opportunity to pass on my experience to a younger generation that we need in the asphalt bussines.
