Principle Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide audiovisual installation, operation, fault isolation and technical support services
• Video teleconferencing systems (e.g. Polycom, Cisco, Tanberg, etc.)
• Video systems, switchers, distribution amplifiers and similar technologies o Audio systems and sub systems (e.g. Biamp, Clearone, Extron, etc.)
• Video wall systems, Standalone display and projection systems
• Control systems (e.g. AMX, Extron etc.)
• Digital signage, CATV broadcast system
• Ensure site user documentation is current and complete
• Staff and operate facility equipment during meetings as required

• Provide support and education to students, faculty and staff on supported AV systems and equipment.
• Provide video production support for campus meetings and events
• Provide assistance with set-up and operation of AV equipment in various campus locations for academic and administrative events
• Conduct extensive research and recommend purchase of computer and audio/visual related technologies to support WPI academic initiatives
• Assist Manager of Campus Media Services generate reports on equipment usage and event support
• Coordinate the laptop imaging process and maintenance of laptops available for loan.
• Create AV equipment reservations based on requests received and coordinate loans with members of the WPI community
• Assist in managing large pool of AV equipment and reservation system

• Responsible for managing advertising on website, content creation for used cars, photography for all
  vehicles, assisting with sales, customer service, vehicle transport

• Scan equipment in/out for shows using Flex Inventory, QC/Prep equipment, assist in managing audio/video
  equipment inventories, organize/maintain events shop/studios, building cables, and electrical work. Worked
  with upper management to fulfill order requests for various event needs and projects.

• Assist with the setup and strike of Audio/Visual equipment for events. Equipment includes lighting, audio systems, projectors and video broadcast systems. Assist in the support of webcasts. Worked with clients to make sure that their needs are fulfilled in a professional manner. (Hasbro, Cox Communications, Metlife etc)
