I have been working in the construction industry for over 30 years and have a vast knowledge of both residential and commercial construction. I have personally been a licensed California General Contractor since 1994 and was the RME for all US contractors licenses from my last employer including Hawaii and Alaska. I have strong knowledge of all aspects of the construction process and strong computer and planning skills. I have built a wide range of projects and have been involved with unions, LEED projects, prevailing wage projects, Cal-Trans and many other similar type organizations. I have worked my entire career alongside architects to develop design-build projects and have a strong knowledge of codes and design elements.
