  • Led the cross-organization program from initiation through execution to prepare the organization to sell and service registered annuity products. Scope included organizational impact analysis, standing up a new wholesale Broker Dealer entity with FINRA and initial product design and build.
  • Led the program to move existing and new business from one third party administrator (TPA) to another within aggressive timelines. Scope of the move was 3 annuity products and just under 28,000 in-force policies meeting all targets with zero customer impact.

  • Led the cross-organization project to deliver to a new indexed universal life (IUL) product to market and sunset an existing product. First new product in 12 years and post entity restructuring.
