Trains other environmental professionals how to effectively use mapping software applications including map production in accordance with standards and industry best practices using ArcGIS software, the preparation and use of GIS data for analysis, GIS data conversion/migration, the editing and creation of GIS data within the geodatabase environment, and develop and support GIS workflows. Developed desktop applications in Python to support the needs of the agency. Coordinated with multiple agencies and companies to ensure projects get delivered on time and on schedule. • RS&H- Project Manager, 08/2011, 06/2012, Defined sensitive geographic involved with land use, parcel ownership, wetland delineations, critical habitat and archaeological data. Developed and managed geospatial data within a geodatabase and defined a need for parameters involved with specific geospatial projects such as Right of Way (ROW) locations, land condemnations, special use permits, temporary construction easements and other geospatial analysis involved with land use. Designed, developed and managed large geospatial databases using multiple platforms (ArcGIS, Bentley Map, Pathfinder, Google Earth Pro), including the conversion of digital data such as DGN, CADD, DWG, DXF, XML, KML and other various formats. Advised and troubleshooted highly technical advice to GIS users on the dynamics of geospatial analysis at higher and lower organizational levels. Assisted with the integration of Enterprise GIS by utilizing ESRI and Bentley maps as a catalyst and by showcasing targeted mapping capabilities to upper/mid-level leadership and the long and short term planning and management staff.
