Upon returning to this company I took back over as Head of Security for Hammerhead Beach Bar as well as the Palace Saloon ; Florida's Oldest Bar. I quickly built up a team and eliminated any physical altercations that were happening on a daily basis through proactive measures and also implemented an entirely new accountability policy for those that violated .Keeping guests safe as well as working with local law enforcement. Kept communication open through use of two way radios and use of surveillance cameras. Worked on the service side as well helping the bartenders.

Brand new company was opening up and offered me a job to build and run their security team. Worked well with Nassau County Sheriffs as they knew me from prior security work. Maintaining guest safety as Head of Security and making sure no accidents or law suits developed as Loss Prevention. Trained a new team on the importance of proactive actions as well as observing possible issues and reporting them.

Prevented theft in company through reports, cameras and surveillance. Saved the company five thousand a month in losses. Was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. Maintained day to day operations of six bars, two package stores and one restaurant (Sheffield's/Palace Saloon/Uncle Charlie's/Dogstar Tavern/Hammerhead Beach Bar/Emerald Goat Pub/The Surf Restaurant). Handled very large sums of money when doing deposits to bank. Ran the security staff at each of these locations.

Maintained the care, custody and control of inmates. Was a member of the ALPHA ONE RESPONSE TEAM, the DESIGNATED ARMED RESPONSE TEAM (DART), ELECTRONIC IMMOBILIZATION DEVICE TEAM (EID), TRANSPORT TEAM and CELL EXTRACTION TEAM LEADER. Was trained in proper techniques to apprehend and control inmates using pressure points and verbal commands. Passed the POST test in 2010. Passed the State Correctional Officer Basic Recruit Training Course (552 hour course) in Tallahassee Florida.
