Have been assigned as many as 35 requisitions at one time. Work with hiring managers in New York, Minneapolis, Switzerland, London, and India. Assignments include representing all positions in Operations & Technology, Data & Analytics, TR Labs, and CIO groups. Mentor junior TA Partners. Work with external organizations in participating & representing Thomson Reuters in online job fairs. Responsible for Cloud Engineers, Front End Architects, Applied Research Scientists, Business Systems Analysts, Data Engineers, Program Managers, AI Engineers, Director level positions, Business Architects, Software Development Managers, Digital Commerce Architect, DevOps Automation Engineer, Data & Analytics. Responsible for hiring 31 new hires to date. I work closely with our HR Business Partners in terms of offers, compensation, benefits and processing of work permits for candidates. Conduct intake calls with hiring managers; post position(s) to our Applicant Tracking System both internally and externally. Check for candidate applications regularly; review candidates, schedule Recruiter Phone Screens and qualified candidates are scheduled for their first round of interviews. Proactively maintain cadence calls with active hiring managers on a weekly basis. Work with my Talent Acquisition coordinator to schedule interviews throughout interview process. Post positions externally on LinkedIn and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter. Extend offers to final candidates and disposition others through Workday. Maintain detailed Excel documents to track assigned positions and to share with my supervisor. Participate in TA projects as assigned. Participate in team building projects with fellow TA partners bi-weekly.
