As the only member of management on 2nd shift, I led a team of 24 couriers. I was the interface between couriers and patient services, fleet management, our accident insurance company, our workers compensation department, the lab managers, and upper logistics management. I managed the training itinerary, gave site-wide telematics feedback, handled late call offs, and gave off time coverage for dispatch. I also ran routes as needed and gave personal on the job training and coaching to new employees and existing employees alike. I also facilitated several candidate interviews.

At this, my career job, I managed production of multiple line items, production schedules, upheld GMP's, SOP's, adhered to "5 -S", facilitated shift quality meetings, was forklift certified for 22 years, loaded and unloaded trailers, performed bi-weekly sanitation to keep the packaging equipment food safe.
