  • Assigned and tasked as Lead Armorer, Training Petty Officer for Operations Department, Technical expert for AN/SQQ-32 Sonar systems and operations and Anti Terrorism Training Team (ATTT) member.
  • As lead armorer, restructured and re-cataloged 45 weapon and approximately 60,000 round of ammunition and ordinances.
  • Trained and mentored 25 junior sailors in Mine Countermeasure operations and assisted with 15 sailors successfully achieving their enlisted surface warfare pin.
  • Re-build and restructured 112 sailors training records for Battle-E inspection, updating and organizing each personnel's records to properly indicate training completion.
  • As ATTT member, developed and implemented training program with 5 other members that assisted in the training and certification of 35 personnel in security reaction force and 90 members in security tactics of Mine Countermeasure Warships.
  • Trained, and Line Coached in 100 personnel in successful qualification of M9 service pistol, M500 shotgun, M4A1 rifle, 25 of which scoring expert after one-on-one personal hands on training.

  • Tasked as lead AN/SQQ-32 sonar operator and maintenance/ repair man, conducting 45 sonar operations within the Gulf of Aden and the Strait of Hormuz and 5 major repair mission on the 32 sonar system.
  • tasked and lead deck deck operations to include sea and anchor, refuel and replenishment at sea, and mine sweep counter measures. Mitigating serious injury or mishap with a 96% success rate.
  • Assigned as Maintenance Material Manager (3M), for Deck, armory, and Combat Information Center, ensuring 30 sailors were properly equipped and trained to conduct maintenance and repairs on ship equipment. logged and reported 150,000 hours of conducted maintenance and received and cataloged over 500 material requisitions
  • Team lead for Backup Reaction Force (BRF), tasked with assisting the Surface reaction force (SRF) team and ship security during Security/ force protections. During READ-E inspection, BRF scored 100% in effectiveness and an over all score of 98.8% for effectiveness between SRF and BRF.
