• I was responsible for managing the kitchen staff for a Alzheimer and Dementia care facility.
• I organized the staffs schedules as well as completing their yearly performance reviews.
• I also was responsible for the staying within a budget while buying food and preparing the food for about 50 patients.
• I would also meet with the nurse and come up with calorie goals for these patients. Some of these patients would require different food textures that I would help figure out how to achieve.

I was responsible to taking over and teaching for teachers that either called out sick or had a scheduled day off. I would have 8 different classes per day and probably averaged about 30 kids in each class.
