Owner and operator of a small contracting business. I assist clients with all building and maintenance needs. From fixing small issues to major residential building projects. I am experienced in the use of all hand and power tools. I personally bid all jobs, manage employees and keep my own books.

I work with farm machinery, livestock, and most general agriculture tools and equipment, including tractor trailer.

Operated tractor with tank trailer to pick up and deliver Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and other cryogenic gases to customers in Wyoming, Idaho, Colorado and Nebraska. Held valid Hazmat Endorsement on my CDL. I also hauled food grade CO2 in a tank vehicle and dry ice in a van body to customers in the western United States.

I was a carpenter in the maintenance department of the school district. Provided major upkeep for all facilities from the Superintendent's office to the playgrounds. I used all tools including large shop tools, trailers, vehicles and wheeled and tracked equipment.
