• I wrote several types of copy on an as needed basis for various projects including subtitles, reviews, bios, social media posts, and marketing materials.

• Remote phone based customer service in the provision of Unemployment Benefits for the State of Maryland
• The main duty was to examine identification documents for fraud and verify addresses.

• Taught a variety of classes ranging from teaching 8 year old children beginner English to teaching advanced classes and business English to adult learners.

• Provided assistance to travelers over the phone and in person through Customer Service and Retail Sales of various travel products such as airline tickets, hotel stays, car rentals, group tours and exclusive travel packages.

• I was responsible for taking orders over the phone, processing orders and overseeing quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process including, cutting, sewing, finishing and shipping
• I also created marketing materials and organized trade shows as well as maintained inventory and ordered supplies
• As this was a very small boutique business, I essentially managed all aspects of the business while the owner/designer was on sabbatical except for the designing of the gowns.

• I handled hand finishing, beading and shipping until I was promoted to manager the next year.

• Taught a variety of classes ranging from teaching Level 1 to Level 5 ESL classes to international students from all over the world to teaching advanced classes and IELTS AND TOEFL preparation classes.

• My duties consisted of calling existing clients for renewals, generating new clients, maintaining a client database, creation of marketing materials, assisting in trade shows, customer service and relations and shipping.
