•Conducted research on stream restoration techniques and designs to advise DOEE’s (D.C’s Department of Energy and Environment) Oxon Run Stream restoration project.

•Collaborated with DOEE’s government officials in team meetings to gauge project implementation.

•Took detailed notes on new excavation units to contribute to prior research.

•Collected data and artifacts ranging from ceramic pottery pieces to stone lithic tools.

•Identified rocks found in excavation sites and determined its nativity to the region.

•Sketched, measured, and profiled rock depths in different soil layers.
