Inventory Management and Ticket Database
• Assisted in management of physical inventory at assigned location and maintained the asset database with the devices assigned to students and staff. This would include, but not limited to, new inventory added each year; changes in status of current inventory; notes and documentation regarding existing inventory and repair history if applicable.
• Worked with staff in other departments to ensure that all computer equipment, however sourced or funded, is documented and added to the Helpdesk database.
• Responded to related Help Desk tickets in a timely manner or forwarded tickets to appropriate person if necessary.
Computer Hardware and Software
• Maintained and repaired computer systems, hardware, and related computer peripherals.
• Installed approved applications as needed.
• Documented, maintained, upgraded, or replaced hardware and software systems.
• Performed imaging of new and existing computers.
• Set up and installed interactive technology software.
• Performed all preventative maintenance on school technology equipment on an annual basis or as needed.
• Installed anti-virus software and monitored and resolved virus notifications.

Active Directory and Google
