I am now currently employed with Lapage Bakeries as a bread salesmen. This job has be waking up very early in the morning to get into the depot for around 3:30am, so I am use to early starts. My responsibilities involve ordering the bread for my sales route, located in Westfield MA, which includes seven to nine stores on a given day. I sort and distribute the bread to said stores in a timely fashion normally finishing up the day around noon.

Once the bread is sorted and sold into each respective store, I load up my company truck and head to Westfield to deliver. I'm in each grocery store for about 25-40 minutes organizing the shelves and rotating th older bread with the new and removing any stale bread that my be left behind. This has me chatting with store and grocery managers alike, making sure everything is up to standard and fulfilling any new requests the stores may have for me.

As a Merchandiser I've learned how rotate stock at a faster pace and keep the backrooms organized and condensed. I was also required to build displays for the stores being serviced, make sure the coolers and shelves were always full and rotated while maintaining a positive attitude.

The Large Format stores have helped me to maintain my customer service skills as well as my merchandising skills. I am responsible for three to four grocery stores, that I would merchandise and handle the relationship between the store and the company.

As a seasoned merchandiser I learned to keep the small backrooms organized and condensed. I built displays, made sure coolers and shelves were full and maintained a positive attitude.

The Large Format stores helped me to sharpen up customer service skills. I was responsible for five grocery stores, where I would order in all the Pepsi product and merchandise the stores. There I would also be required to manage any store complaints appropriately.

Managing Small Format stores are something I've grown to truly understand working with Swire Coke-Cola company. There I was working in and out if the downtown Seattle area and had to find the most efficient ways to pack out small service stores i.e CVS, Walgreens, Rite-aids and alike.

As a first time merchandiser I learned the importance of rotating stock quickly. I was required me to be able to build displays and to pack out and maintain full shelves and coolers.

The Large Format stores challenged me to sharpen my merchandising skills and I was responsible for six grocery stores, where I would order in all the Pepsi product for the stores as well as merchandise the stores in a timely and organized manner.

As a Coffee Specialist I would help make the drinks in a timely fashion and I would also work the register.

I was promoted to Shift Leader where I would help make he drinks or food as well as run the other workers to make sure things were done efficiently and lines were kept low.

As a Cashier I would check out the customers groceries in a timely and orderly fashion.

As a Self Scan worker I would watch over the automated machines and make sure there were no issues. If an issue were to arise I would promptly handle it with my customer service and problem solving skills.

As a Service Desk worker I was able to deepen my knowledge of money handling and learn how to better deal with dissatisfied customers.

As a Back-up Receiver I learned how to organize paper work as well as check in vendor orders to make sure everything was ordered and delivered undamaged.

As a Brista I was in charge of making drinks for customers and handled the cash register.
