  • Collaborated to establish PMO office; standardized project management tools and documentation, leading to an increase in project timelines and resource visibility using MS Project and Monday.com.
  • Developed and maintained master project schedule that incorporated complex construction, commissioning, and production start-up plans for AE’s first small scale production facility in GA.
  • Led cross functional team of 10 members, to deliver production scale technology to remove contaminants from synthesis solutions. Drove on time decision for zinc removal resulting in 90% reduction in Zn contamination.
  • Developed scope, schedule and budget for 2 Graphite sub-projects to recover and re-engineer graphite materials recovered from recycled batteries; 1 project delivered on time and under budget. The second project was on track to meet its goals prior to company reorganization that led to elimination of graphite program.
